We trade as STANDARD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. We are the controller responsible for the personal information we hold about you.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains relevant, and records relating to a property or instruction for as long as we need them for the service and for our own record-keeping. When information is no longer needed it is deleted or securely disposed of.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including restricting access to the people who need it, and using reputable service providers for the systems we rely on. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents by email unless we have agreed a secure method with you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over the personal information we hold about you. These include the right to ask for a copy of it, to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, to ask us to delete it where there is no continuing reason for us to hold it, and to object to certain uses of it.
